1. Returning Policy |
We would like to know that you are happy with your purchase and
if you need to return an item for an exchange due to a defect, please
follow the instructions below:
Defective Products
We accept returns of defective products within 30 days of purchase.
To return a defective product please send us an e-mail to get a RMA
number. In the e-mail to us, please provide your order number, the
product name, and a description of the problem. Once we approve you
return, we will reply with your RMA number, which you will write on
the outside of the box and return to the address that we provide.
Use insured mail if you want protection from loss during shipping.
We ship replacement product after we get your return.
Not Defective Products
We don't accept opened products that are not defective.
Unopened Products
We cannot accept returns of unopened products.
For all cases for returning merchandise, we do not refund your shipping
and handling charges. |

2. How to place an order: |
Placing an order with us online is quite an easy process:
First, you have to look around until you have found the product or
products that you like.
Second, you can click on the products that you like click on the BUY
button for each. The product will be added to you shopping cart, which
is on the right side of you screen.
Lastly, when you feel that you have everything to spice up you life
just click on the checkout button on the right side of the screen
under the shopping cart. You can then follow the directions and fill
out the required details to complete your order.

Check or Money Order:
Payment in U.S. funds only.

We accept payment VIA wire transfer, but require an extra $25 added

3. International Orders |
| We ship globally VIA UPS and USPS. Shipping rates reduce per
product when you increase the items purchased.
We do not know every country’s law and regulations, so it
is up to the customer (you) to know your countries laws.
Customs: We are not liable for any customs or brokerage fees; you
must pay these fees if you incur any. You will be responsible for
all fees if an order is rejected and returned to us. Royal Media
Network Inc. is not liable for orders seized by customs.
